Terms and conditions for participating in games at Funky Monkeys – Escape Hub.

General Terms

  1. This document regulates the General Terms and Conditions of Funky Monkeys Ltd., UIC: 206939260, with registered office in Sofia, 7–11 km, 135D Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., represented by its manager Rami Zimmerman (the "Organizer").
  2. The games are held in a specially designated hall and in accordance with the established rules for participants.
  3. Each participant in the Games is obliged to comply with these general terms and conditions in the interest of general safety.
  4. The Organizer is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the Game caused by participants or improper use of items brought to the premises.

Participation requirements and restrictions

  1. Only persons who have reached the specified age (indicated on each game page) may participate.
  2. Women in advanced stages of pregnancy, people with cardiovascular problems, hypertension, or other health conditions that may be adversely affected by the Game are not eligible.
  3. Maximum duration and the minimum/maximum number of participants are specified on each game page. Participants are not entitled to request an extension of playing time.
  4. If a participant is unable to continue due to health or other reasons, they must terminate participation and leave the room.

Use of equipment and facilities

  1. Participants must use facilities and equipment with due care. The Organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for deliberate damage. The Organizer may terminate the Game at any time if rules are not followed; in such cases the organizer is not liable for refunds.
  2. The Organizer guarantees that the premises are insured.

In the area where the Game is being held it is strictly forbidden to:

  • Take any photographs, audio or video recordings using cameras, mobile phones, or other devices.
  • Bring items that may cause harm; bring, possess, or consume alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances.
  • Participate after consuming alcohol, medication, or psychotropic substances.
  • Participate with poor personal hygiene, or while displaying aggression toward other participants or staff.

Privacy and Intellectual Property

  1. All information about the Game is a trade secret.
  2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative games. The Organizer reserves all rights to take legal action.
  3. It is prohibited to carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to the conduct of the Game that competes with the Organizer's activities for 2 years after becoming familiar with these terms.

Cancellation and penalties

  1. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited as a penalty. Late arrivals over 15 minutes cannot be rescheduled.
  2. Participation requires written consent in the form of a declaration.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules and terms at any time.
  4. IMPORTANT — At least 4 hours before the game, Funky Monkeys must receive reservation confirmation by reply or phone call.

General rules for participation

  • Number of participants: minimum 2–4, maximum 6–25 depending on the game. The more people, the more fun and the more cost-effective.
  • Arrival: please arrive 10–15 minutes before start. For team games, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
  • Duration: fixed; cannot be extended.
  • Age restrictions: each game has a specific minimum age (10+, 14+, 16+, or 18+) — no exceptions, even with an adult.
  • Team games: Ghost Hunters, The Heist, Tears and Sorrow, and Brain Battle have specific minimum participant counts and pricing — see each game page.
